⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Affordable, secure parking in a great location – just be careful with your ticket!
We parked at the iParkit garage across from the park with the Olympic rings in downtown Atlanta, and overall it was a really convenient and smooth experience.
🚘 What I liked: • Easy to find – The bright green signage with their logo makes it stand out. • Great location – It’s directly across from the park and within walking distance of major attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. • Flat rate – It was $10 for the entire day (or $8 if you pay online ahead of time). That’s a great deal for downtown. • Felt safe – Even though it’s a smaller garage, it seemed secure, and we had no issues.
🚙 Heads up if you drive a large vehicle: We parked a GMC Yukon Denali, and while it fit, the garage is a bit tight for large SUVs. Maneuvering in and out took some patience, but it’s definitely doable.
⚠️ Only downside: If you lose your ticket, calling the help button can be a hassle. When I couldn’t find mine at first, the service rep told me I’d have to pay $20, which didn’t match the signs. Luckily, I found my ticket in my purse and paid just $10 as originally stated. So don’t lose your ticket — or better yet, just prepay online to avoid issues.
🍽️ Bonus: Tons of places to eat nearby, but pricing varies a lot, so it’s good to know what you’re looking for and check menus or Google Maps before walking in.

Final thoughts: For the price, safety, and location, this iParkit garage is definitely worth using if you’re visiting downtown Atlanta. Just be mindful with your ticket and take your time if you’re driving a...
Read moreYou guys need to put up signs inside. I came back at 8:45pm after dinner, and my car was pretty much the only one left. All roll gates were down (entrance/exit and ramp exit), and I feared I was locked in. Neither the phone number on the wall near the staircase nor the one here on Google worked. I am not from Atlanta, so it took me about 30 minutes to figure out that the parking lot in the back was actually the same property, to walk down and finally locate someone in a booth - who then told me I just had to drive towards the ramp gate, and it will open. It REALLY would have helped to have a sign at the ramp or at the walls saying “automatic gate”, or any kind of “after hours” instructions...
Read moreI wish there is a zero star button I could choose. I purchased the parking at this location from parking.com and I prepaid. I received a confirmation email without QR code. I went there and I parked. When I needed to leave around 1pm, I found I needed to scan a QR code to raise the bar and there was no one on site. I called the number included in the confirmation email, waited for 10 minutes before finally a lady answered, and the lady simply hung up on me after I explained. I called again and nobody answered. I had to pay AGAIN with credit card to finally be able to raise the bar and leave. NEVER...
