Sadly, I never actually made it to my appointment. I My inability to attend was not the result of a scheduling error, or traffic , etc... It is something else all together. I will hopefully make clear in the following review....!
Back story: A dear friend had given me a $100 gift card for the above salon, a few months earlier. I’d waited until I’d saved another $200 to put with it, as I didn’t know the price range, etc... So I called the salon, hoping for an appointment that afternoon. I spoke with a female stylist. She asked what kind of style I was looking for, after which she said i should come in at 4 that afternoon. Then she told me to text any photos of the style to a cell number. As I was texting the photos, I realized, the stylist had, unintentionally, and unknowingly, failed to disengage from the conversation with me, so I was hearing the ongoing conversations taking place between the female stylist, her manager, as well as other colleagues at the salon. Sadly, for me, I was able to hear a great deal of joking and laughing going on, while I could hear a seemingly hysterical conversation taking place on top of everything else. It was only after a few minutes of listening, that I came to the realization that the entire comedy was taking place at my expense! I don’t know a soul, who would have gone to the appointment, in spite of it all. I think of myself as pretty much fearless, in most situations.
