I agreed with Jon De Leon about the difficulty he was having to get hold of someone in the office.
I had to call, email, a few times to get hold of someone. I think the office is under staff.
After trying to contact them a few times, I finally decided to email them. I received a call back after about 1 week.
I spoke with Ms. Chen and she told me all the requirements and documents I needed to convert my Taiwanese driver license to Georgia DL.
She was very nice and patient on the phone. She made sure I understood all requirements before hanging up.
I sent all required docs to the office and within 4 to 5 business I received a reply in my mailbox. With the certified letter I received from the office, I was able to get my Georgia DL without needing to do the road test and knowledge exams. I only had to do the vision exam, which took less than 1 minute.
