Google Play has allowed S Pro Month to fraudulently withdraw money from my debit card. There is no way to communicate with Google Play Customer Service Support Team. To file a fraud complaint online is just a nightmare. If, you get to file a complaint you can't follow up with because the claim information is automatically thrown out as if you entered it incorrectly. There is no telephone number, email address, physical address to write to to file a complaint, and live chat is nonexistent although live chat is offered you cannot reach them. Contacting Google or Google Play Customer Service Support Team doesn't exist. Currently, I have lost $279.93 dollars because of fraudulent unauthorized charges due to fraudulent app named 'S Pro for Month'. What bothers me the most is as big as Google Play & Google is and the money they taken in monthly from customers like me and you have no way of reach them. It's as if they have partnered with fraudulent app developers to steal their customers money 💰 🤑 💸 🙄.. Read moreI am a small business owner since July 2020. I recently changed business addresses for a multitude of reasons. Since then, I’m unable to verify my business account. The prompts that are given as option when trying to complete this process are completely opposite of what the instructions say. The google customer service phone number ending in 0000 prompts redirect you to lines that do not take inbound calls and you are automatically disconnected. Additionally, the email support team sends you a prewritten script without actually getting solving the problem. I called the phone number provided for this office (404.939.2356) and the phone hung up mid voicemail. I’ve attempted to complete this several times since September/October of this year and I’m unable to modify any information on my account AS THE SOLE OWNER and admin. Google doesn’t halt getting their monthly fee from my account although it’s not beneficial in its entirety because of technical issues. I’m hoping to get this resolved in the immediate future. I own a location people will routinely create a google listing for whether I choose to have it listen and rated. If I do not, the other person controls the listing until I wrest control of it. Meanwhile whomever may post alleged photos of it whether they are or not and I must then petition Google in a months long process for the removal of them. They have an idiotic internal program encouraging reviews which means people randomly review having never seen it (they leave average plate costs and it is a mural on my house).
