I’ve been attending classes at The Daily for a few months now and this is definitely the most consistent I’ve ever been with working out. I absolutely love it! The studio is beautiful, the music is always good and it smells SO good inside! Not to mention, the instructors are all amazing. This was only the second Pilates studio I had ever tried and Rudi was instructing the foundations class I took. She was amazing. Perfectly explained everything and the class was so relaxing. Since then I have been hooked on this studio! I have since been taking the teacher in training classes. These are definitely my favorite because they are for all levels. The intensity of the class differs based on the instructor, so the class is never the same. I tend to stick with the same instructors until they are done with their training, I love this because we are able to both witness the progression of each others Pilates journey. Tamar, Melanie and Kemberly have all been amazing. The classes have been such a good workout and honestly the body awareness you gain is worth sticking to a consistent routine with Pilates. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had the BEST experience during my first class here!!! I had never taken a Pilates class and the instructor was incredibly helpful and sweet. I workout regularly, but was shocked in the ways this class worked my muscles and noticeably was much more loose/flexible post class! The vibes at the studio are absolutely incredible. It is so dreamy and aesthetic - this studio is really the Instagramable spot of your dreams! I can’t wait for my next class here! With a wide variety of class options and levels, I know this is a studio I can continue to grow at! This spot is really the oasis you need any time in the week ✨

This place is absolutely divine. I've always been a Pilates girl, but The Daily takes it to a whole new level. Their education is clearly stellar, as they are always teaching proper technique and giving great metaphors for how to zip into certain movements. I went to a class a few weeks ago with Elizabeth, and it was such an amazing challenge. I was so energized and fired up afterwards. Plus, the studio is GORGEOUS. I can never pass up a good aesthetic. Go to The Daily! You won't regret it!

I'm giving this place two stars because of customer service. I am currently working through a 5 class pack and have been going for a little over a month. I enjoy the workouts, it's been my first introduction to Pilates and I've fallen in love with Pilates. I feel strong when I'm done and I love that I can shut my brain off for 50 min.

However I know what it's like to go to a studio and feel like you belong. This is not that place. It is the most impersonal workout experience ever. I have missed two classes because of circumstances out of my control and I can't even call anybody at the studio because nobody picks up. I have cut it close and walked in there right before class and the instructor is sitting at the desk so I know they are available. But perhaps there is no phone in the studio. Maybe the number on Google isn't connected to anything. Has anyone left a voicemail and gotten a call back? It doesn't even ring! Either way being unable to reach someone to let them know you're running late and to not lock the door on you or let you in is extraordinarily frustrating.

The workout experience varies in intensity based on how well your instructor can explain the movements and how well they demonstrate. Look away for a second or if you're not right next to a mirror and you're doing the set wrong. It may take several minutes for them to even notice or correct you and then, because the session is only 50 min long, the exercise is already over. I would love it if the instructor remembered your name and cared to remember it long enough to speak directly to ANY of the people working out.

Whether that's encouragement directed at somebody or a small correction, I understand it's a group workout class but if everybody feels invisible what kind of class is that? I love that this place has a diversity of people and body types that attend the classes but the instructors aren't diverse (at least the ones I've had) and you can tell that there is no attempt to build relationships or comraderie amongst patrons in this studio.

Perhaps I came in with a different expectation than what is normal in a Pilates studio. Maybe Pilates is meant to be this impersonal and cold experience. But I don't believe that's an excuse for a workout studio to not have a functioning phone or a late policy or lack a front desk person who is NOT the teacher. The aesthetics are cute but the brand doesn't go deeper than a color palette and I'll be going somewhere else when I finish my class pack to find what I need from a workout...

I rarely leave bad reviews but I didn’t have the best experience with this company. I had high hopes for this place because of “good reviews” but overall my experience as a whole was subpar. Furthermore, if you value your time and money please go to another place.

Edited for additional info: I will go into detail about my subpar experience. Firstly, I come by to get more information about the company and ask about limitations. When I arrived, I wasn’t even given the opportunity to speak but instead asked to come back in an hour even after I attempted to call before stopping by but their phones don’t often work. Unfortunately, I still decided to purchase the passes, thinking it may just have been a busy day but I shouldn’t have because of already poor customer service. Secondly, me an another client we’re unable to go to the class because of the door being lock early. The instructor ignored us and didn’t even acknowledge us standing there. So, I reached out by email while the class was still going on not even 10 minutes after the start time, as I’m waiting outside, I let the company know what happened and asked for a refund because of all the trouble and misunderstandings so far; which is when they decided to give me my “Courtesy Credit” back. Additionally, the customer service is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional from my first impression. So there is multiple reasons why you shouldn’t book or waste your money here. I do hope this company can get better in the future with it’s...

I had the pleasure of attending Leah’s Pilates class, and it was truly an incredible experience! Leah’s expertise and passion for Pilates shine through in every session. Her clear instructions and attention to proper form made it easy to follow along, even for a beginner like me.

Leah created a warm and welcoming environment, which instantly put me at ease. Her positive energy and encouragement motivated me to push my limits and challenge myself in each exercise. I could feel my strength and flexibility improve with every class.

The variety of exercises Leah incorporated into the sessions kept things exciting and engaging. From classic Pilates moves to innovative variations, each class brought something new to the table.

I appreciate how Leah tailored the workouts to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt included and empowered. She was also attentive to individual needs and offered helpful modifications when necessary.

After each class, I left feeling rejuvenated, energized, and more centered both physically and mentally. Leah’s Pilates class has become a highlight of my week, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall well-being. Thank you, Leah, for an outstanding...
