Double Chocolate - $3.5
Rich and fudgy chocolate cake donut made with pureed vegetables, topped with chocolate glaze and sprinkles!
PiĂąa Colada - $4
Rosaty coconut donut with pineapple glaze, topped with toasted coconut and dried pineapple
Blueberry Taro - $4
Naturally purple and blue food. Tastes like if the best blueberry muffin ever had a baby with a big, tall, iced taro boba
Sunbutter Jelly ☀️ - $4.5
Like a PBJ without the pesky allergen situation! Sunflower seed butter is creamy and delicious, and has a very similar flavor profile to peanut butter. Paired with a very tart raspberry jam piped into the middle of the donut before being baked, and with a swirl of sunbutter buttercream–this is the ultimate treat for the lil kid within.

I am NOT writing this to harm business, but solely in hopes of an ingredient improvement. Disclaimer: I'm aware customers are still purchasing treats here at the end of the day. We're buying donuts and biscuits and cinnamon rolls, not vegetables. That said, ingredient wise we are making a better choice than Krispy Kreme. I want to give more stars as the food is good and it's a good option for those with food restrictions, but I cannot. For starters: Home has allergies to both gluten and intolerance to dairy, so this is a wonderful place to get GF (and some also Dairy free) treats. Some vegan offerings as well if that's your fancy. HYGF is a also a great option for those who are not allergic/intolerant but are simply avoiding inflammation from gluten and dairy ingredients. HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!! HYGF uses canola oil which is absolutely TERRIBLE for you. The only saving grace is if this is a cold pressed canola, but doubtful. Even still, from a pure health standpoint, changing the oil in their recipes to incorporate a much less inflammatory oil [coconut, ghee for the DF/grassfed butter for non DF, or pastured lard, beef tallow, or other (non factory farmed) animal fats)] would be perfect. Note vegans are still catered to here with coconut oil. It is VERY hard to understand why something as inflammatory as Canola is used as an ingredient. You can do this HYGF! I believe in you!

Don’t let the name fool you…this place is absolutely heavenly! I have been on my gluten-free journey for over five years now after finding out I had a gluten intolerance. HYGF is a reminder that baked goods can still have taste!!! From their cranberry crumble donuts (my fav!) to their jumbo sized biscuits, everything is scrumdiddlyumptious! My absolute favorite is the extra large breakfast sandwiches they serve. You can choose from a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit or a chicken sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I opt for the chicken since I don’t eat pork. Sometimes, I’ll buy two to save one for next day’s breakfast but I always wind up eating it the same night…smh. What I love the most about this place is that it is owned by a passionate lady-preneur who pours her heart and soul into bringing folks like me the best tasting gluten-free baked goods. This alone is why I drive over an hour just about every weekend (and to stock up on some baked goodies too!). Everything sells out quick so you have to get there super early. I made the mistake once of stopping by Whole Foods before going to HYGF and had to wait in line filled with anxiety because I thought they had sold out of the breakfast sandwiches. Thankfully, I got the last one!!!

UPDATE 5/17/25: Everytime I o to the airport I stop by this location. This time me and my sister couldnt resist there savory and sweet items. I came two yrs prior and they have updated flavors and changed up the inside a bit. we ordered alot lot. 2=Curry Turnovers, lemon pound cake, funfetti donut, 2= bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, cake with strawberry frosting, another plain biscuit, a chive and cheddar biscuit & a spinach turnover. 😋 Food was amazing. we ate some and will save some for dinner & lunch. 2023 REVIEW: I went a few weeks ago with my best friend Jouan and it was soooo good that I went back with my big sister who has Celiac. They have some Unique gluten free items I haven't tasted before and their donut flavors change. They have warm items and those biscuits are so huge you can eat it twice. I tried the vegan curry pastry and the Spinach feta pastry. Yummy. I have tried the cinnamon rolls also and its packed with flavor, the Funfetti cake, the oatmeal cookie and Creamsicle donut. I love that they limit how many people can go inside at once for safety concerns. I'll be back soon to try more items

I live over an hour away and my only day off that the bakery is open is Sunday. I’ve heard their cinnamon rolls are the best but go quickly so I got up early and got there right when they opened. Unfortunately, neither their website nor google had been updated with their Thanksgiving hours and what I didn’t know is that they were closed the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I was bummed at the lack of communication on their hours but decided I would make sure to get down there again soon. I called today (Sunday before Christmas) at 8:30 to make sure they were open. The owner answered and I asked if they had cinnamon rolls and she said, “yes, but a very limited supply so you’d better hurry.” So I asked if she would take my card number and let me buy them now and come pick up so that I was sure I’d get them this time. Before I could finish my sentence she said, “Nope! We don’t do that here.” I was shocked at how rude she was and just said “ok thanks.” I almost didn’t even go but I really wanted to have cinnamon rolls for Christmas so I left the house 10 minutes later and made it down in about an hour. By the time I got there all the cinnamon rolls were gone. I asked the sweet girl at the counter if I could maybe preorder them in the future because I lived far away. She said she didn’t think they allowed that anymore but went and got the owner. The owner came and told me no, I just needed to come down earlier next time. (Wow) I said that I lived over an hour away and the last time I “just came down”, they were closed and didn’t have any updates on their webpage informing people of that fact. She told me I should have checked google because she updates that. (Wow) I said that actually I had done that and there wasn’t any updates indicating holiday closure. Then she got defensive and told me she’s very busy managing employees and a business and that she can’t always get it all done. I asked if I could just preorder next time and she said no, it’s too much of a hassle for her. Not wanting to cause drama or completely waste my time and gas down there, I ordered 6 donuts and left. It’s a shame that her attitude is so cold and lacking in kindness and quality customer service. It’s very clear that she can take you or leave you as a customer. I enjoyed the donuts but won’t ever return because I cannot stand bad attitudes in customer service, especially when it’s coming...

was in town on a work trip, went twice so i could havea bunch of different things, here are my thoughts. no pictures bc i was so eager to try all of them.

LOVED: the AMAZING pastry and biscuit. the poptart and danish were absolutely fantastic, out of this world. they have the texture for that and the biscuit spot on!! i got the sausage egg and cheese, and its the perfect breakfast sandwich.

WAS OK: the chocolate donut was pretty good but were baked not fried, so not my favorite and not a highlight. also this is a small technical thing but they are chocolate frosted not glazed. those are pretty different donuts so might be good to change the name for those ordering delivery/pickup.

DIDNT LOVE: the cinnamon roll was kind of disappointing, was pretty hard on the outside, kind of cookie like. and the inside was too sweet and grainy and the frosting didnt taste like the nice soft cream cheese frosting you usually get with a cinnamon roll.

i tried the vegan pop-tart the first day i went since there were out of the regular and i thought it was pretty good, but compared to the normal one, its not anywhere close. i personally wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re vegan or dairy free. the vegan pastry is just more a lot more dense and not flaky at all, a lot like other disappointing gf pasty i have had. the flavor is still pretty good though with the delicious icing and filing.

The delivery/ordering system I think still needs some work. im not local so maybe there’s a reason but it was frustrating to wait until 8:45 to be able to order when they open at 8am.

OVERALL: ik it seems like i had a lot of complaints for 5 stars but the things they got right were so amazing they deserve 5 stars. like unparalleled in gf bakery quality. I live in chicago Chicago and made it a point to come here bc I don’t love either of the gf bakeries we have in the city. i absolutely would suggest making hygf a priority when visiting atl for anyone who has to eat gf and hasn’t had good pastry or biscuits in awhile. the things i don’t love were still good and everyone will have their own tastes. also wish i could’ve had the spanakopita but...

I wish I could really rate it but I’ve gone 4 times. Driven 40-45 min each time and can’t ever order because they are sold out. No matter what time I arrive. Sold out. I’ve even told them I’ve driven for 45 min to get there and not once until today did they mention I should order online early in the morning. Had we known, maybe we would have done that and not wasted an hour in a half round trip each of the 4 times we’ve attempted to eat here. Literally no number to call to order or check inventory. No way of direct communication with these folks. Don’t even update the instagram today with a sold out notice. We even checked the instagram before driving there today. Like there is no way to win here unless you order ahead apparently. I can’t lie and say I’m not pretty pissed off about this inconvenience.

As a business owner myself, there is no way I wouldn’t start making triple of everything if I’m literally selling out before 11am daily. It’s giving you just get off on making customers mad and providing subpar customer service. Girl gonna say “well there isn’t really many gluten free bakeries around”. Well DUH! I know this which is why I keep coming here! Otherwise I’d never come back but apparently yall are all Atlanta has to offer. But… let’s think.. Wouldn’t these facts mean you should probably make more to service more people since you KNOW you sell out daily and you KNOW people be walking in at 12 still wanting to order. Come on, let’s use some common sense.

Y’all legit gotta only make 20 of everything every day. Gotta be. Cause I’ve never seen this type of thing at any other restaurant in the world and I travel and eat at a lot of places.

I’m gonna try literally ONE LAST TIME and maybe I’ll update this review but as of now go at your own risk and for the love of God, please order the day before because lord knows they ain’t never got anything in stock. I guess not having inventory daily isn’t a bad thing for yall but as a customer this is terrible, annoying and upsetting.

I guess we will try again another day when I have an hour n a half to donate to trying to just simply get...
