BEWARE!!! Donāt waste your time ladies, unless the purchase is in hand. I ordered an item online July 21st and it took two weeks to receive a notification of when the item would be delivered to my home. The item never arrived and I reached out to the store, via phone and email. After several attempts, I was told via email that it was a delay with UPS and they would follow-up with me via email on my new delivery date. As of today, I have not received my order or a email. Iāve followed up twice, with no response. However, I contacted UPS with the tracking number the store provided and guess what āUPS DOES NOT have the packageā. So the company created a package label and lied about dropping it off to them and refused to answer any questions. Iāve contacted my bank to dispute the charge and pending my money back after should them my emails and good faith. I immediately reached out via email to which I got a response that I could send the pants back and get a store credit per their policy. I shipped the pants back next day and tracked them for the return. I emailed the store for 8 days consecutively to check on my credit with no reply. I went to the website and submitted through the chat with no reply. I finally reached someone via phone who asked me to provide the tracking which I did. The UPS tracking stated the pants were left at the front desk. The associate said they had no front desk therefore also denied my store credit.
