Observation Wheel — Local services in Atlantic City

I enjoyed the Wheel.

The enclosed cars have air conditioning. The air conditioning isn’t very powerful, but it’s a nice touch. They also offer alcoholic beverages right at the bar at the base of the Wheel. What I appreciate most is the fact they have little tables in the cars so you can sit your drinks on the table as you enjoy the views and the ride. The ride is a good length. You go around a few times and the length of the ride is probably about 15 mins. You’ll get great views of the pier, boardwalk, and casinos, but most importantly the lovely ocean.

If you have a fear of heights, I think the enclosed & stable cars will help provide a sense of security.

Ticket prices are 15 dollars for adults and 12 dollars for children.

I would suggest this as more of an enjoyable experience for adults, (especially with the added bonus of available libations 😄), but children will probably enjoy the views and the assortment of lights on the wheel at night.

I believe the entrance to the wheel is wheelchair accessible but I’m not sure if the actual cars are.

Yesterday August 7th at around 4pm we went to the wheel all excited and 1 male employee that eventually boards people to the wheel cabins ruined our visit, he was sitting there chatting with another worker across in the little store front, we didn’t know where to stand as there wasn’t any line, he kept chatting and looked at us like we had to know where to wait, he was so disgustingly rude that he just from afar pointed with his finger without any word like you have to stand here as if it was an order, and kept chatting, I am a business owner, if one of my employees acts that way I fire them on the spot as my customers are valuable to me, whoever owns that wheel business you need to know why your business is slow and get rid of certain employees by making a test visit sending...

It’s a MUST if your visiting the board walk. It has amazing history and the views from it are breath taking!
