I was very disappointed with Jamba Juice on this Friday after noon. Furious at the fact that an employee put a number on how much i could and could not order. Thats like going to a resturant or any other fast food joint and having them tell you. "Theres only so much food you can order." I had been boasting to my recently new family members about Acai and Pitaya bowls. I love them and after going onlone and picking which one we would each loke to get we made our decisions and i was off to the store. When we arrived there were 3 employees. And a few people waiting id say like 4-5 some seemed together. Some already with there orders done. A young man with which i can best describe, had with piercings all over his face and was hispanic looking came over to take out order. He seemed very rushed and all over the place and asked us qhat to order i began by saying the first 2 when he intterupted me saying, "Its really busy and those bowls take time." I told him that i didnt mind waiting because we had 7. I didnt mind the wait because it really wasnt even busy. If he felt over whelmed that was another thing. I was willing to wait 20 min. Ive worked on fast paced places. I knew what i was saying. He then sighed and said that there was a rule that i could only order 3 at a time. And they were really busy so they couldnt so more. I looked around in shocked asking him if he knew what he was saying. Then he said that there was a rule about ordering online in order to gove them time. I told him again i didnt mind waiting. He then sighed again as if he really just didnt want to take my order and said im sorry we are just to busy. I was so frusterated and asked him if he understood that he was saying no to a customer. Who was about to buy 7 bowls. Which is at least $35 and some change worth in sales. He looked at me and shrugged and said sorry. I told him if it would make a difference if i ordered it online myself right now and wait 30 min. He looked at me at said we just cant do that right now. I had finally had enough with this kid. I walked away and a customer behind me couldnt believe he had said no to my service. I felt the exact same way. There were no rules in store or online. This employee simply didnt want to deal with me and my difficult pitaya bowls and mango bowls. This is ridiculous. The customer is ALWAYS right. I never make bad reviews i had recently gone to jamba juice and had an awesome experience i made a review and everything. I always feel awful when people have nothing but bad things to say. Today i had to say something because these was so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow. Iāve been waiting for 45 minutes for my smoothie to be made. There are not enough staff and the ones here seem very stressed. However, with it being ārushā time and a lot of customers I understand the frustration of both employees and customers. You would think the managers and owner would help set the employees up for success by having enough help but thatās not the case. It was my 3rd time seeing this happen at this specific Jamba Juice.
1st time: staff laughed and joked that when someone would order extra (juice or fruit in a smoothie) they would not actually put it in the cup but would charge them for it, they said this loud enough that I heard it and was shocked. They were also understaffed that day as well.
2nd: experience: an employee didnāt show up to help open for the morning rush. Only one employee that day but he was excellent and absolutely the type of employee I would hire. It seems this is a management issue: Iām rating this a one star: *Terribly understaffed *Lost our order *Said it would be 15 minutes waited 45+minutes *Inefficient *over charge without giving the extra product AKA...

Haven't been to a Jamba Juice in forever, and I'll never return to one again!
If you are out of a product for the smoothies you are offering, it is not the customer's job to pay for something that should have been a substitute to begin with!
Went yesterday and ordered the Caribbean smoothie. Was told they were OUT OF PEACHES, and I said, "Please add pineapple in place of the peaches since YOU ARE OUT OF PEACHES." She said ok.
Turns out... she CHARGED me an extra $1 for the pineapple, yet you don't have the items you are promoting on your menu š
If anything, I should have been DISCOUNTED a $1 for YOU not having what you're selling! Typical greed, lol.
So hard supporting any businesses these days because all they do is bleed you dry for...
