Loved everything about this place and look forward to returning! EVERYTHING we ordered was AMAZING and well worth the price!
FOOD: Truffle Cheese Fries $8 ($7 during Happy Hour): truffle salt / Parmesan / green onion / white truffle cheese sauce - 865 calories. These are the BEST truffle fries I've ever tasted in any restaurant!
Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts $9: orange chile glaze / chimichurri / almonds - 191 calories. These are also the best that I've had. I just wish they broiled/roasted then a bit more. Even though some were slightly undercooked, these were still SO GOOD that we placed another order after we inhaled the 1st order within seconds LOL.
Cowboy Burger $13: carrot-fed Angus / shoestring onions / bacon / cheddar / beer barbeque sauce - 957 calories. I opted no barbecue sauce and added fresh avocado slices. WOW!!! Probably my new favorite burger! I could only finish half of it, so I'm looking forward to finishing the other half in a few hours. Comes with French fries, but I subbed for the Starter Salad for $2 extra, which was a very small portion. However, I didn't need a larger portion because I knew that I wouldn't be able to finish the burger.
Jalapeño Egg Burger $13: carrot-fed Angus / fried egg / cheddar / bacon / chipotle sauce / pickled jalapeños - 1105 calories. The person that ordered this raved about how delicious this was. He gobbled this big burger in 2 minutes because it was so good. Comes with French fries.
Fresno Fig Burger $13.50: carrot-fed Angus / fig marmalade / melted goat cheese / bacon / tomato / onion / arugula / spicy porter mustard - 916 calories. My daughter ordered this and loved it! She substituted the fries for broccolini instead and said that they were REALLY GOOD!
ALCOHOLIC DRINKS: Wild Child (Happy Hour $7): vodka / watermelon / mint / lemon / aloe / rosé / dressed with salt and Tajin around the glass - 174 calories. We don't like sweet drinks. If you like them, this is a delicious and refreshing drink!
Corazón Single Estate Blanco Tequila from Jalisco, MX: 120 calories. $10/shot, but it's at least a double shot portion. This is the ONLY tequila that they have. I'm not sure if the limited menu is due to COVID or not, but it was smooth and good.
Bloody Mary only $5 during Happy Hour: Vodka / housemade bloody mary mix / bacon - 231 calories. I thought it had a bit too much horse radish, but the other people with me LOVED this version!
Bourbon Barrel Cake $8: pecans / bourbon caramel / vanilla bean ice cream. OH... MY... GOSH! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! HEAVEN!!!🤤🤤🤤 I'm going to be DREAMING of this!😍 This was their ONLY dessert, and that's all we needed. AMAZING!
PRICING: Typical restaurant prices, but this is the 1st place that I can say that the food quality was worth more than the price. Makes us want to come back over and over again because we're willing to pay their prices to experience the taste of everything all over again.
SERVICE: Due to COVID, you order online at your table through a contact-less QR code. You can keep submitting orders from different phones during your visit, and the orders will all show up on 1 tab because the QR code is linked to your table #. We really liked this system a lot!
There are huge, clear, plastic, safety dividers between tables.
We called ahead to ask if we needed reservations. No reservations needed, and we were seated right away when we arrived a little after 9pm on a Saturday. We parked at a contactless pay parking lot on 7th and Red River (we bought 3 hrs for $12), then walked to the restaurant.
They said that they were understaffed due to COVID, but we couldn't tell. Esme was our Server, and she was WONDERFUL! Very lovely, friendly, came back frequently to make sure that we were OK and helped "us old folks" with the QR code ordering system. We're glad that we were assigned to...

We came in for a late-night weekday dinner during happy hour (Monday-Friday: 3-6 PM, 9-11 PM; food only after 11 PM). My husband had his eye on the 28-day dry-aged bone marrow (limited availability), but unfortunately they were out, so we both opted for burgers instead. Our food and drinks came out fairly quick, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. For a chain restaurant, the quality was impressive, especially the drinks, which had a craft cocktail feel and exceeded our expectations.
Eureka! American Burger ($17.75 regular | $13 happy hour): Comes with your choice of side--I picked the arugula salad. The burger includes American Swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, house pickles, and special sauce. I ordered the patty medium rare, though it leaned closer to medium. Still, it was tasty and paired well with the arugula salad.
Bison Burger ($21 + $3 upgraded side): He went with the honey-cinnamon sweet potato fries which were delicious. The burger is topped with charred red bell pepper, bacon-infused jalapeño jam, smoked mozzarella, and whiskey caramelized onions. He ordered his bison patty medium rare and loved it. The flavor of the bison was bold and distinct—too strong for my taste, but perfect for him.
Campfire! ($17.25): This cocktail includes Buffalo Trace bourbon, graham cracker syrup, Amaro Montenegro, cinnamon, chocolate bitters, and hickory smoke, topped with a roasted marshmallow. The presentation was a fun surprise - they served the drink in a corked bottle filled with smoke alongside a glass with a large ice cube and the marshmallow garnish. As you pour, the smoke infuses the drink. Despite all that, it wasn't overly bold or sweet. It was superb, especially when you take a bite of marshmallow with each sip.
Headhunter King ($16.75): Served in fun Tiki glassware, this cocktail is made with Jamaican rum, macadamia nut, lime, pineapple, orgeat, and falernum. It was tasty, refreshing, and...
Read morePlease read the review for the full details. My wife and I came into the restaurant in shorts and a t-shirt because we’re on vacation and obviously weren’t the only ones wearing shorts and a T-shirt. It’s 100+ degrees outside so yes maybe a little sweaty but not the sweating through my shirt sweaty. We get sit in the corner of the restaurant. First red flag, everyone knows sitting in the corner is the most afterthought of a location. We ordered two drinks and our waiter took forever to bring our drinks that a fly decided to chill out in the ice cubes. Without checking we were brought our drinks and my wife’s drink had the fly in the drink. Our waiter didn’t check as the last line of quality control. Now our waiter, he took other people’s orders, cleaned tables and sat people down, everything but take our order. Maybe because we were sat in a corner 🤔we ordered the Mac and cheese balls and they were cold. Again, seems like getting our food and drinks in a timely fashion isn’t a priority. So far we’ve been here 45 mins and still waiting on our main entrees which is a burger. As I write this review the restaurant is about 20% full at best. The food in terms of taste was decent, burger could use more seasoning and it wasn’t piping hot. The manager also walked by, served other tables and helped out but again being sat in the corner we’re forgotten. The atmosphere, is nice, there was live music, a nice fountain and the restaurant was generally clean. Again, this is one couples experience and experiences may vary. Our experience wasn’t great and I would not recommend this place to friends or family. Hopefully the wait staff and manager do better and hopefully the owner or GM reads this and makes changes accordingly for future experiences to...
