Horrible customer service! Once you pay they treat you as if you don’t even exist! Made a purchase of 4K, left my Versace glasses case behind and the manager on duty allowed someone else to claim it. My license and bank card were inside of the glasses case. Didn’t receive an apology or any bit of compassion from the client advisor I purchased my purse from or the store manager.
