Golden Goose Miami Bal Harbour — Local services in Bal Harbour Village

This location hired probably some of the worse workers I’ve ever seen. It just seems they hire anyone. The manager, Golden Goode itself in bal harbour needs to be better. The workers were unhelpful, selfish. This was a ridiculous I had plesent experiences in Louis Vuitton, Rolex and Dior. Was able to purchase something for my family in each of the stores listed above. But wow the workers here at Golden Goose, they just talked to eachother and laughed while Bal Harbour was closing, and they failed to even go out of there way to attend us. For someone looking to spend a big (and I mean big) load of cash, I’m extremely disappointed the workers made...

Horrible customer service, we went because a pair we bought at store that was less than 6 months was wearing out and falling apart. They don’t provide any product warranty nor repairs for a $700 pair of golden goose. The product quality is getting worst because this is the second pair that has falling apart in less than a year. The store tells me to call customer service and then customer service says I have to go to the store.

The worst part is they provide no repairs or warranty on there sneakers.

Most terrible service I have experienced in a while! The only girl there was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. The store also has very low stock of all the shoes, they don't have any size available. It is very disappointing since I went to the Bal Harbour Shops specifically to check it out.
