Their computer system is so antiquated, really belongs in the 1800ās. Love their 1800ās fashion, donāt get me wrong, to receive and order or get your store credit, really takes hours of work!
Iām not sure if itās done intentionally, so you have to return time and time again, or if the staff is just inept. Either way, itās more expensive than their already marked up merch. Time is valuable and I learned my lesson here. They just donāt respect your time, but they do love your money! Oh and they love to leave the security tabs on the clothes too, forcing you to return yet once again... Too busy for this..
If I were you, Iād order online now that their sizes are balanced and more regular. They ālargeā used to be a small medium, since their merch was probably made in China for the most part.
On a bright note, their sizes are now real sizes and they will be adding an extra large, for those of us who added some extra weight during the pandemic..

No customer service , no backing their employees word . You can try it on at the store then get it from the department stores with guarantee alterations . NOT SURE IF AFTER THAT I would want to invest my money $$$$ on something that cost a lot and suppose to be good quality and Corporate Office not to keep client happy, so he would go back and spend more money, which I did not ask to return money , just store credit or replacement .
