The Webster consistently disappoints with its unwelcoming atmosphere and poor customer service. The sales associates seem to share the same condescending attitude, often appearing aloof and hesitant to assist unless you meet some unspoken standard. It’s shocking how uninviting this so-called luxury store feels—far worse than any other high-end retailer I’ve experienced. They only will give a store credit even if you return in original condition within their 14 day policy. It also doesn’t state that in their receipts. When you do try to return, they are very rude. Lots of others places to shop and where they care about customer experience. Also, their prices aren’t competitive. A number of the items they had at full price are over 50% off at both Saks...
