Solidcore is one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done in my life but it’s worth it! I’m 30 classes in and I’ve never felt so confident and strong. I have taken Solidcore in different states and this location is the best. All the coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and fun! I’ll be sad to leave this studio to move to a different state but I will definitely continue...
