Went there today with my 3 and half month old (100 days old to be exact), to get her ears pierced. Was greeted by the store manager who was pleasant and confidently said “you get the store manager today”. I instantly felt reassured, i asked about double lobe piercing and was told that is illegal (keep this in mind). After picking her studs i was told they don't use the pen to mark the placement on babies, i was confused by this but trusted what she was doing. The very first ear she messed up and the second too, bore my baby 7 times on both and still got one too high i asked only once for a do over and to please use the pen, even when she dotted she completely missed the dot. I left in tears and was told to come back if i was unhappy with it, so i did and then was told she cant do it i would have to pay again. I couldnt get a refund for her negligence either but i could get a refund if i took the earrings out her ears and returned them. How does that make sense? She used a total of 3 packages of earrings and said between you and i we used 3 packages, Ma’am you messed up continuously, 🤦🏽‍♀️ when she told me to return and she will do it over i drove an hr home and an hr back to be told a bunch of nonsense. So disappointed, so sad for my poor baby girl. Look at the photos to see how badly she messed up and how uncenter it is. Oh she also said”im not taking the full blame for this” whatttt so you blaming a baby whose head was pinned to my chest while i prayed you get it right the 7th time. So angry at store manager and her manager that she was on the phone with and refused to let me talk to. Was given an 800 number which i will call tomorrow but i know will go no where. Photos are right first and left second. First was pierced 3 times and second was pierced 4 times, that is the pen dot right above the earring that she completely missed. I am happy with the right side, left is too low, the amount of times she did this they both should be right and this is the Store manager Lori. I brought my 4.5 year old daughter here today to get her ears pierced. The manager of the store made her feel so comfortable and put her at ease for the piercings. She is phenomenal at what she does. I honestly could not have dreamed of a better person to do this for her. They were able to do both of her ears at the same time.
