Iām going to be nice and give this place at least one star but Iām going to share my experience in this store. My first time coming in, the floors were dirty and the deals on clothes were not very good. Just a simple black shirt was like 15 to 20 dollars but I bought the shirt because I was in a rush and didnāt have time to go anywhere else. I came back in there to buy some chokers and inexpensive necklaces to go with my outfits, the necklaces there were like 20 to 30 dollars. I ended up going to another store that had cheaper necklaces and I actually got a great deal at Walmart. I decided to give the store one more chance and I go back in to buy a dress for a night out. I couldnāt find anything that was reasonablely priced and the floors were just gross. Before I left the store I had to use the bathroom, I walked in and it was alright until I walked into a stall. It was so nasty, I just walked out of the bathroom and left the store. There was toilet paper all over the floor and water everywhere, the toilet itself was clogged. Sadly this store was not worth my time going into and Iām disappointed from the service I got there, wonāt be returning...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy mother purchased an an Air Fryer for me for Christmas. Excited to use it, I unpackaged it first thing Christmas morning. The control panel on top was broken. Ok, probably in shipment... things happen. Snapped it back on. Plug it in and it sounds like a jet engine throttling up. Some plastic bits from the broken top were in the fan. Take the tray out so I can tip it upside down and try to shake them out and crumbs fall out of the machine.
I packed it back up and took it back to the store. Out of stock. The options I was given: wait weeks or months (per them) to exchange it when and if they get more in stock, or take a gift card for the price my mother paid and order it online (and pay the $60 difference out of pocket).
Completely unacceptable, Iām sure, by anyones standards but I now have a nonfunctional houseware item that the store cannot replace with any certainty. This is the secnd appliance from Kohls that Iāve gotten a run-around with and Iām slightly less than impressed. One star is being...

She helped me with using a gift card and she made a point to double check if i had any other discounts available beside my Kohls Cash. Our interaction was a very nice experience. Unfortunately, for me, i left my phone on my cart. I didnt realize it until i was home. Using a location app i saw it was at the store location. I called, Sephora,(by mistake), but asked for Haley. She remembered who i was and found my phone. Haley recognised me as i entered, gave a big smile and apoloigized that i had to drive back from Eddington. Thank you Haley! You are Awesome! Phil...
