My family and I go to Starbucks everyday. We usually go to the one on Sycamore View or the one on Germantown parkway near Macon Road. This was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Didn't realize how gross it was till after we ordered. It was busy but not busy enough to take 40 minutes to get 4 drinks and 4 items of food. We got one drink at a time. After 15 minutes from ordering we got our first Frap, 10 minutes we got our other frap, 7 minutes we got our first hot drink and another 10 minutes we got our last hot drink. We were still waiting on our food. 1 cake pop, 2 banana nut bread and 1 blueberry muffin. We had to tell them we were still waiting for our food. They couldn't remember what the food was. We got the cake pop fast but waited on the other 3 to be warmed up. We watched other people get their food and drinks that ordered several minutes after we did. We told them 4 different times that we were waiting on the food. We finally got the bread and had to wait on the blueberry muffin. We finally got it but the fraps were melted and our coffee wasn't the best I didn't want to ask them to remake because we just didn't have another 40 minutes to spare. As we were waiting you can see how nasty the place was. I have never ever seen a Starbucks this dirty. Workers were not caring and just socializing like they had no customers. The Manager Shawn had no cares whatsoever. Taking lots of orders and not making sure the people that already ordered got their orders. It was a big cluster. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

After the store remodel storage was not taken into account, It can often feel very uninviting due to mounds of stacked boxes. Service is 8/10 drink consistency 5/10. Management and regional management has changed various times over the last 5 years. Hopefully this store will level out with a consistent team. Today 3-29 the interior of the store is closed. Uncertain why, but a line of 10 cars is backing up in the drive through. Ive come to this starbucks probably well over a hundred times. Theres always some sort of odd issue going on. Ive never experienced this at the whitten location or locations across other states Ive lived. I also dont believe the answer is to constantly re-make beverages or calling corperate. The key is ensuring the working staff has what they need when they need it and training who needs to be trained. There are two staff here that have been here for a while and are excellent. I watch as they run in circles running the store while 3 other staff look uncertain of what their roles are. Just in the 5 minutes sitting here i have watched 5 cars pull away and lose revenue. Consistently -Inconsistent

The great thing about chain restaurants is that the food/menu is consistent. The restaurant was clean and all of the employees were busy with tasks. The only thing I could say that needs immediate improvement was the cashier. Yes, she was new. I was patient while she found the right buttons to push. BUT I think it is absolutely necessary to be able to hear the person and first to be greeted. Even if the employee standing close by in case she needed help smiled and said good morning or welcome. The customer ahead of me turned around and good morning because she had an order that was taking a bit longer to place.

Came at 12 left at 1:03 had to come back 2 times to fix my order(it’s now 1:38), and my order was wrong twice, like it had cold foam on it but I never asked for cold foam. My sandwich which was supposed to not have egg on it, had egg on it. Which is crazy considering my bf showed them a picture of what I wanted to order, so unless you can’t read it shouldn’t have been any errors in typing in the order. Like it’s literally impossible to mess up this badly unless you can’t read or unless you don’t care. Which was the case. My bf told me the guy that was taking his order was also taking an order on his headset….which is crazy to me bcs if you can’t do that, and type in a order correctly then maybe you shouldn’t be doing it at all. Overall he just didn’t care bcs my boyfriend repeated the entire order slowly to him over 3 times, and even showed him the picture yet the guy still put it in wrong. How?? Idk I’m assuming he was being rude and wanted to rush through the order, and that’s just disrespectful. Anyways, The second time we came back it was still wrong, if anything it was worse. My drink was so nasty. I admit defeat and threw ts away, what’s even more upsetting is when yk how to make the drink, so when it’s made wrong yk they didn’t try at all . 😭💔 2 hours of bs, Management needs to put more ppl in mid day shift so workers won’t feel the need to rush peoples orders so much. Like I wanted it made with vanilla sweet cream not vsc cold foam, neither remakes had extra ice, and the person who put in the order didn’t even add the pumps of chai syrup. Even though my boyfriend not only repeated it slowly 3 times, but he said it very clearly so there was no mistakes. Anyway, yeah that’s definitely why ts tasted weird bcs im like what is this, srsly do not know how they messed up this badly. It’s literally written out for them. So sad, 2hrs wasted and my money wasted bcs what’s the point in coming back a third time. Who comes back a third time??? This is my second bad experience here, i just won’t be coming to this location anymore. Honorable mention the Drive through person was so nice, love the customer service from them. They were awesome and I feel so bad for them to have to work with coworkers like that and being handed messed...

Out of all the Starbucks I've been too, this has got to be the WORST one. It was my first time ordering here, I ordered ahead of time using the app, which is great. But when I got there they had one of my drinks ready, but not the way I asked for it. So I addressed the issue, & that's when he decided to tell me "we're out of that product ma'am, I know you've been charged for it, but we have absolutely none in the store available" I then said, so If I wouldn't have addressed the issue, then you would have never told me that what I paid extra for, you didn't have & you are completely out. All he replied was "sorry" & walked away. Not offering to reimburse me for what I paid extra for & didn't get. Also, my second drink was not ready, & he then asks me "what are you still waiting on" I replied, I have a second coffee I need to get, he says well you have to order that at the register, I said "sir, I ordered off the app, ahead of time, just so I wouldn't have this problem, but I do" he then asks "what was your other drink supposed to be" I then said, "I ordered ahead, so shouldn't you know what I'm waiting for...?" He then says "no or I wouldn't of asked what you were waiting on" (VERY RUDE) he then turns around & finally sees my sticker & what my other coffee should be. He turns around & rudely says "I have your second coffee here but I have a few other people waiting so it'll be a minute" I then said... "sir, I ordered ahead, which means they should have been prepared together & you shouldn't of had to ask so rudely what I was waiting for" it was a terrible experience & I will NEVER return to this location again because they were rude, no customer service skills what so ever & they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Hopefully y'all will fix this issue so no-one else has this problem, because I definitely won't be back to experience that awful service again! Hope someone in.charge sees this, I hope someone actually gives a darn & will address the issue with ALL staff members on duty that day. 11-24-2018...

This review is mixed because it is about Starbucks itself and some of the patrons at this establishment. My complaint about Starbucks is the drive thru line. It is sooo slow!! Even when there are hardly any people in line the wait is at least minimum of 10 minutes. I have at times gotten out of the line and gone to the Wolfchase location or G'town/Dexter location and been back home in the same amount of time or skipped them completely and gone to Dunkin Donuts. I usually get the food, not coffee, and it is always hot and fresh. Now as far as the patrons, the soccer moms or other inconsiderates that cut in the line while completely blocking the passthrough while other people are waiting to go across is totally ridiculous!!! It happened to me this morning, after I had already been waiting at least 5 minutes with about 5 cars behind me. This lady just proceeds to jump in the line all the while looking at me while she was doing it. I proceeded to go anyway thinking she would stop and almost hit her in the process. My first notion was to get out, but I decided that coffee was not worth the headache. Not only was this rude to me, but what about the other people behind me that were also waiting. As I was leaving, I think someone from inside came out and said something to her. There needs to be something or someone monitoring this in the mornings. Coffee is not crack, but some people act like it is, and I would hate for a situation to escalate in the parking lot. I've been limiting my time going there and Starbucks in general.
