I’m not one to write a review for bad business. However I couldn’t help but to write one on this page! I advise you to not rent from these people! I went to Rent a Center two weeks ago to rent to own a bedroom set from them. The guy who sold me the bedroom set was in a rush (because they were closing soon) and didn’t tell me to much about the furniture that I ordered. When they delivered the furniture to my house they dropped the dresser, cracked a side table, the footboard of the bed had a crack and they forgot that I had asked for a metal rail, to support the mattress. 😩 I didn’t know that the bed had lights nor did the sales guy tell me before he rushed us out the store a few days earlier... I was not impressed by them and my husband wasn’t to fond either... so here I am standing in my bedroom with all broken merchandise while the delivery guys tell me that they will let their manager know. Which they did... so before they left I was told to find something else that I like and they will exchange it. A day or two later I pick out a new bedroom set, and patiently wait on them to get it in and deliver it... so today I get call saying it’s in and their bringing it! Yayy😃!! No 😠When they delivered it they dropped the mirror and scratched it all up, the bed has a chip or two on it and the mattress doesn’t fit the bed frame. The bed frame has three small poles holding the mattress up and I’ve been asking for a metal post 🗣🗣 the delivery guys were nice tho... so long story short 😉 save your money and your time and go elsewhere!

   Read moreWorst customer service ever. From the moment we got our couches this has been the worst experience ever. First and foremost they gave us the WRONG cushions for our couches and then tried to blame us for "not knowing how they fit" on the sectional and then kept shoving the blame onto other stores that they were given then wrong cushions and whatever, made us wait an ADDITIONAL WEEK just to get our couch cushions. Anytime we've called to speak to someone about our account there is ALWAYS someone in the background speaking to the person we're talking to like the person we're talking to is a middle man, it's irritating and rude. We're not always on time with our payment but we do make our payments and we communicate exact dates when we will pay if we know it will not be on time, and still they threaten just a day late to come and get the furniture. We've received "pre-approval" for other items with an increased "credit limit" and were told that the STORE HAS DECIDED to decline our approval because they get to decide who they want to continue doing business with. These people are jokes. This is not how you treat customers at all. It would seem we will just go back to Aarons for all our rent-to-own needs since this Rent-a-Center has no tact or desire to keep customers or even know how to treat people. If I could give this location ZERO...
   Read moreWent in paid for first month recliner. Said they would deliver it Tuesday. Well Tuesday was a snow day. Excuse excepted. Now it's Wednesday. My order should have been first on the delivery truck. Call rent a center. Victoria answered. Very rude lady by the way. Said the driver was in Austin picking stuff up. Manager was getting his car fixed. Well now you know why I'm giving this place one star. Poor delivery service and poor customer service. My recliner wasn't even on the truck it was still at the store. If only Robert where still at the store. Well time to go get my money back sorry won't do business here again. Lesson brush up on your customer service skills and get more drivers. ...
