I ordered on the app for curbside pickup for personal reasons. Waited more than expected for them to deliver my order. When you order for pickup you obviously expect order ACCURACY!!! But for some reason I decided to check my order before leaving. And good thing I did! When ordering condiments you are charged per condiment. I ordered a ranch. I ordered a kids chicken meal which comes with bbq sauce and ketchup. Neither the ranch, ketchup or bbq were in the bag. Not being able to get out of my vehicle I had to call the restaurant number in hopes they could bring out those items. It’s not a direct number to the store, it’s for a processing center for orders. So I explained to them the situation, put me on hold and then hung up. Called again and a different person said they would be out. At this point I was already frustrated because it had been over 15 mins since I received my order!! My food was getting cold. They took another 5 mins to bring out the condiments that I was charged for and should have been in the bag to begin with. I asked her to please refund me instead because I wasn’t going to eat a cold meal. After all it’s their fault for not packing orders correctly!! She said she would get a manager. Another 5 or more minutes went by before someone came out. She came out with a yellow sticky note and said she couldn’t give me my money back and couldn’t remake my order either that I had to call customer service for any complaints. Some other girl came out to say the exact same thing and pull the “manager” away! Disregarding my concern once more. And stupidly said “well you should have gotten out of the car to go ask for your ketchup, besides the ketchup and bbq for the kids meal is in the bag!!!” Like if I was the stupid one who didn’t check. If I’m making a big deal of it it’s because there wasn’t anything in the bag!!!!! I could have gotten out of the car if I could, but I selected a service, like I mentioned earlier, so i wouldn’t have to. That girl should not assume I could get out of my vehicle because she doesn’t know the reasons why I don’t. She doesn’t know if I am handicap. She should worry more about doing her damn job correctly. Thankfully I have the conversation saved in my dash cam! Worst app service, worst curbside pickup, worst customer service! And the worst of all there is no immediate customer service number!!!! You have to write and hope someone will answer. She could have just offered to make my order all over for the inconvenience of it getting cold while I waited due to their ineptitude.

To put it in perspective, the food is great, but this location is just terrible when it comes to meeting the standard. Just a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. I might be out of pocket but given the circumstances, I was treated like I didn't matter. Terribly prepared order. No communication about missing ingredients.
