I've lived here for a couple years (2022-2024), and moved out for personal reasons. The experience and services provided by Bellevue10 and their staff was phenomenal, all the way from moving in to moving out. The room itself was high quality as well, and was worth the high price.
Highlights: Rooms were extremely sound-resistant (I recall they mentioned that the walls between apartments were triple-layered, but i cannot remember the specifics). The only time I ever heard anything from my neighbors was when I was right next to my apartment door. (This was not mentioned in the listing but I believe it should've been): AC is built into the rooms (At least for the room I rented), the AC was very effective in cooling/heating the room, and made the summer and winter extremely comfortable. Underground Garage provides safe parking (HOWEVER, be careful with the entrance - your car's skirt might touch the ramp) No Food disposal for the sink (At least for my room, might be possible for you to add it yourself, but best to check with the staff) Large Freezer and Refrigerator space Indoor Gym (Although it is somewhat small, but provides the necessary equipment for most exercises).
The issues I provided in the highlights did not significantly hamper my experience, but I noted them in case it may be an issue for others. Overall I recommend this place if you ever need an apartment...

it costed us $750 which could have been avoided of more effort was put in. Office stated they didn’t update our information and other nonsense.
The “policy playbook” with the corporate boomer-like responses from the office was and is outdated and disappointing. 🙄
The leasing office finally decided to unlock 🔓 ☕️ certain amenities we pay for, after receiving complaints.
The view is cool, sucks we will eventually lose the south side though 🚜
The events hosted are great, and the office does a nice job organizing them. 🍔🌮
It would be nice to celebrate the 4th of July though (pride month stuff still up) which is cool it’s just, merica baby 🇺🇸
Sound used to be great, but if the floor above has a sliding door, you may hear it very loudly. I’m not sure what’s happening, as it wasn’t an issue before. 🤔
Sometimes, the building smells REALLY bad 🤢 randomly, and then it smells really good. 🌸🌳 I don’t know why
Neighbors are really friendly...
Read moreAmazon’s relocation folks gave us few buildings to see in Bellevue including this one and we chose this building amongst others in the area simply due to its proximity to grocery/restaurants/cafes/park, quick walk to waterfront, EV charging, and most importantly the staff and how welcoming they were. Having lived all over, this was by far one of the best management staff during our year here, very responsive and available via text/email and partially on weekends. Barring issues outside their control (freak storm that downed power lines for days and left the entire town without power, even still the staff went above and beyond with water, food deliveries and providing battery lights!), awesome location, safe, clean, usable amenities, and quiet building. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you work in or...
