This is tucked away in the bottom floor of the building, but it’s a pretty great place I got the Regular Bowl here, which came with two scoops of protein However, the protein in this bowl wasn’t limited to that - as there was a massive variety of potential options to choose from

The bowl I got had a FOB rice base with jalapeños and sweet onions mixed in. In terms of the two protein scoops I had Salmon & Octopus, and I had spicy mayo & eel sauce for the sauces The impressive thing was the unlimited additional toppings, though. This wasn’t just limited to vegetables/sauces, as you could get any manner of things here. I ended up adding Crabmeat salad, tofu, crispy onion, fried garlic, and furikake to my bowl

The result was a bowl that was massive, and exceptionally good. The octopus, being one of the cooked options, was fantastic - it was juicy, very fresh, and tasted great. They gave me shrimp instead of salmon for some reason - but I’m not complaining too much as it was really good as well. I was surprised at how much crab they gave, given how expensive it normally is, but that was fantastic as well. The tofu was alright

I mixed the bowl upon receiving it, so that everything was combined. Both sauces combined very well into the rice and the overall meal to make it less dry. One major textural highlight was the fried garlic & crispy onions, which were crunchy and added a wonderful contrast to the softness of the rest of the dish

For the price, it’s slightly more expensive than a normal work lunch, but you do get a lot of food.

Incredible poke bowls, and I love that I can build my own! Soooo many gluten free options, so a lot of choice. Some cross-contamination so be careful to say you’re gluten free if you’re sensitive, coeliac or allergies so they can take care of you. I really enjoyed zesty mango with my seared tuna, absolutely perfect texture to the fish. Was busy on a Wednesday lunchtime, but queue moved quickly! Love that there are forks as well as chopsticks available. For vegetarians, they have tofu and even a no protein bowl option! Absolutely loved the flavours and I cannot wait to go back.

There was plenty of seating inside and loads of comfy seats just outside in the foyer, and extra bonus for animal lovers - FOB is in the basement of a dog friendly office building so lots of dogs in the foyer. One customer collected their order with their Shiba Inu in tow, so seems like it’s a dog friendly...

I'm giving this place five stars because the sushi is absolutely amazing. It's buffet style so they just have a ton of sushi laid out about 15 different kinds and you can pick it by the piece and then they charge you by how much it weighs. So if you're taking it to go you can literally walk in and be out of there 3 minutes later it is already made. I am a total sushi connoisseur and will not eat sushi at four out of five sushi restaurants. This place is legit and for real. Fresh and good quality seafood. This is my new favorite spot! Oh and it's not that expensive, I just grabbed about 12-14 pieces of really good sushi and a soda for 20 bucks!
