Our Bassett furniture order was delivered today and as with every previous order, we couldn’t be more pleased. There’s a reason we’ve been Bassett customers for years and it’s not just because of the superb quality of their product but also because everyone we came in contact with is knowledgeable, professional, patient and just as excited for us as we are. This recent order consisted of a sofa, love seat, end table, casual chair and ottoman. Working with Kathy at the Bellevue store was a joy. She spent lots of time with me as we fine turned our order until it was perfect. Next was Dotty with delivery. Scheduling was a breeze and she kept us informed of the progress of our delivery the day of. When our delivery arrived, Owen and Nathan got right to work moving our items into place, removing all the protection material and cleaning everything up. They were very efficient and fun. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Bosgo and Zac during my recent couch delivery. From start to finish, they were the definition of professional. They arrived right on time, were polite, and made sure everything went smoothly without a single issue.
