Klahanie Apartments — Local services in Bellevue

Please stay away from Klahanie apartment especially while Joe is a landlord here. There is incomplete list of problems you will face:

1. Parking places are small. So if two people properly park in place 1 and 3, you cannot park between them in place 2 if you are not several inches thick man. What a fun: they repainted the parking lines but keep the same width

2. Elevator may stay in non-working condition for the months. Joe is constantly promising it will be fixed in two weeks. He lies.

3. Building is really old and in emergency condition with mold and absolutely without noise isolation. They tried to repair the building but cracks comes over the whole building so there is no guarantee it will collapse one day.

4. If you have any problem in apartment which requires landlord you will get promise in the best case or even ignorance from Joe. When promised date is passed Joe will tell you the new date. He likes promising but not doing.

5. You think it’s cheap please just shop around down the street and you will find cheaper apartment.

6. People turnover are really high here, most of the people don’t live here for more...

This apartment complex has a wonderful combination of turnover, loud cars in the parking lot, and a unit with a smoke alarm that’s been beeping every 30 seconds for the past 2 months that can be heard half a block away. Landlord doesn’t answer...
