Paper Source — Local services in Bellevue

I brought gift for kids and needs to be wrapped, they charge extra for gift wrapping, which is ok. But I was told it is their kids craft day so they can get very busy. It will take them 2 hours to wrap gifts. But I was the only customer, two store assistants there not sure what they are busy with. I explained I don’t have two hours. They offered alternatives to buy gift bag, and tissue paper. That’s what I did eventually, the two assistants watched me to put everything in my gift bag myself. Not offer any help. I even need to ask for a marker to mark off price myself. No wonder people don’t like to shop in the store now. If the shopping experience and customer service is horrible like this.
