I currently live in Texas but have owned a single-family home in Bellevue, Washington for the past seven years. When I first purchased the property, I asked a close friend to help manage it for me since I was out of state. Unfortunately, over time, it became clear that managing a rental property—especially one that’s older and has ongoing maintenance needs—was too overwhelming without professional support. My friend eventually told me the house had too many issues for him to handle effectively, and he recommended hiring a property management company.

Although I’ve never met Cynthia in person, I can honestly say she has been an incredible support throughout my time as a landlord. She immediately took control of the situation, coordinated necessary repairs, and handled tenant matters with professionalism and efficiency. My home is older and has had its fair share of issues, but Cynthia never made it feel like a burden. She took care of every problem promptly and always kept me informed without overwhelming me with details.

They’ve done everything from routine repairs to emergency fixes, and I’ve always felt confident that my property was in good hands. Cynthia made sure the house was well-maintained and always presentable for tenants.

One of the most impressive parts of working with Cynthia is how she consistently kept the property occupied with quality tenants. In all the years she managed it, the house was never vacant. That level of stability gave me incredible peace of mind as an out-of-state property owner.

Last year, I decided to sell the property to free up funds for other investments. Cynthia made the transition incredibly smooth. She coordinated effortlessly with my real estate agent and the buyer’s team. This company completely screwed over me and my roommates at the time when we lived in one of their properties, Cece was assigned to our house, but she then changed and we had a new person but no one told us until we tried reaching out to them, then they changed the person again and it went back to Cece. The house was in complete ruin, insulation exposed, black mold in the bathrooms, paint was messed up, bad flooring. Nothing had gotten properly redone in many years, and when we moved in she tried to tack on extra fees like cleaning fees when technically it was a contract renewal because we moved in with previous tenants. Btw nothing got cleaned so that fee was unnecessary. And then when we left she tried adding thousands of dollars to our total for damages when I went out of my way to clean and repair everything possible because I knew she was going to do that. We’ve had the most amazing experience renting from Sea to Sky Realty. From our first initial contact with them to our move out, Alice and their team have done the most amazing job with being communicative, quick to respond, helpful with any situations that came up, and have been so kind in how they operate their business. We rented one of their wonderful homes for two years and we were very sad to leave. If we didn’t need to downsize we would’ve rented there for many more years. Alice and their team does a wonderful job of taking care of you while you rent from their property, and they have a lot of care for their homes and families that rent through them.
