This is by far the best sushi I've ever had in my life. Definitely the best sushi restaurant in all of WA state. A hole-in-the-wall gem! If you find this place, you are blessed by the sushi gods. Every time my husband and I go to a different sushi restaurant, we always think - we should have just gone to Rolls and Rolls. The Salmon Platter is so buttery and the fish melts in your mouth, the texture is just divine. The miso soup is so refreshing, and their specialty rolls all have perfect proportions and are well made.

The service is some of the best I've ever experienced at any restaurant - it's a family owned place and the son is the waiter. He is very courteous and careful about when he comes over to ask how things are going, and always seems to come at the perfect times when we need something.

The atmosphere is great, only a few tables, and classical music playing in the background. You can see the parents making the sushi right there and they will greet you and say goodbye as well when you leave.

If there is one sushi restaurant I could recommend, it would be this one....

Honestly, I’d really like to see this place survive because I think the food is great and I love mom and pop shops. But I do think it’s overpriced, even for downtown Bellevue standards. Hence, the 3 star rating. I can go to Ginza or another Japanese restaurant which is higher scale, but the prices are even more expensive at Rolls and Rolls…..? I think they should offer more lunch specials like their competitive counterpart restaurants in Bellevue and do $12-13 bento boxes, have lower cost lunch specials than their current menu offers, or have some kind of customer loyalty punch card. I think they need to reevaluate the prices on their menu. If it was slightly cheaper (but same quality and quantity), I would definitely eat there more often. Maybe the owners can get creative and consider how to cut costs for the customer. I think they would definitely have a lot more traffic in their restaurant if they lowered the prices or come up with more cost-friendly options. one person eating there can easily spend $20-30 just for lunch. That’s a...

Great food, great people, great vibes!

An extremely positive experience at Rolls and Rolls + Sushi, with excellent food and even more excellent staff! Extremely hospitable and accommodating. I had the Ponzu Shozu Poke Bowl, which was extremely filling and delicious, especially at such excellent prices! A pleasant surprise of the hearty amount of quality seafood and other assorted vegetables + rice.

My friend ordered the Spicy Kick Poke Bowl, which also looked great, so I will definitely be checking out that one next! In addition to the Poke Bowls, we also got the Dragon Roll Special Sushi Roll, which was also great!

For those that are less partial to raw seafood, Rolls and Rolls + Sushi has got you covered as well! My friends also had an excellent assortment of Sushis, Salads, not to mention the delicious Miso Soup!

Overall, Rolls and Rolls + Sushi is an excellent pick for anyone looking for a filling and delicious...

First, they have applied for their liquor license but have not received it yet, so a friendly heads up if that is important to you. Good location, I didn't have a problem parking on the street, but when I came out it went from empty to completely full, but in all fairness I'm not sure what the other options are. The menu is good, with some creativity built in, but be sure to read it closely, I did not see the "seared" on the Yellowtail Takaki roll (my bad) and I'm not a fan. If you like cream cheese you will be happy with you selection, but it was nice not to see a majority of salmon incorporated. You need to call a minimum of an hour ahead of you want a party platter too (just happened to overhear this). The rolls were HUGE! Be ready for some really big bites to get all the flavors. The staff is friendly, they were helpful and set my expectations appropriately for checking out, which I appreciate.
