Sharetea — Restaurant in Bellevue

Sharetea is my absolute favorite bubble tea, they’re so much better than any other place and I have told all my friends and family. However, this location has terrible service it is not on par with how other sharetea as operate and treat their customers. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here to be treated poorly by their employees. I asked my boyfriend for a green milk tea and he mistakenly got me just a green tea, I asked if there was anyone to swap it for the correct item, which a good business would do to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and he said “no. We could but we’d charge you. Yeah no. Just no we’re not doing that” It’s times like these that businesses fail and loyal customers decide to spend their money elsewhere. Even if they can’t make me a new drink per their policy you can at least be nice about it. (But I’ve been coming to sharetea for years and have had drinks remade and seen Townes get theirs remade so I know it’s possible). We also overheard another lady come in say “here to pickup an order for Sarah” and the same guy goes “someone else already picked it up” and she’s like “well that was my order and I paid for it so I’d like it please” and he’s like “well it’s gone. Someone picked it up.” He seriously needs to learn basic customer service. He’s driving...

Oh. My. God. This is my favorite shareTea place out of all the other ones I've been to!!! When I first got there, it was a very hot day. I was greeted very nicely by a woman I think her name is Kina. She was very patient with me and helped me choose which drinks would be best for the hot day. She was very energetic and also brought good energy around as well! The best part was she asked how my day was. A lot of places have workers who don't care about the customer and when she asked me that, it felt genuine. One of the biggest thing in business is relationship with the clients / customers and she did it well. When the drink was done being made, she was quick to call out my order and also waved goodbye and still wore a smile despite wearing a mask! I'll be recommending my colleagues here to get their Boba teas from now on! Kina if you see this review, you're doing great. Keep going! We need more people like you to lighten up the mood during the day~

I walked in and they were pretty busy per usual, so I was waiting in line and then I finally get up to the counter. I tell the guy I would like a strawberry mango blended with boba. He then says oh we don't mix flavors anymore sorry. So I said oh no problem then I'll just do mango. I get rang out for my drink and I'm waiting for my number to get called. After 10 minutes my number gets called and I go to grab my drink and there isn't boba in it.. I let the other man know who made my drink that I had requested boba, the other man who rang me out then tells me to hold on.. Bc of the man that rang me out he didn't charge me for boba (his mistake) then decided to charge me for boba after I had already paid and tipped him for it... he should have just take that out of his tip that I kindly gave him.
