I had a great experience at the Soma in Bellevue Square! I went in looking for a bra and was feeling a little lost. Manijeh kindly greeted me at the door and told me about the sale that was going on. She started a room for me and made me feel welcome! When it got busy, Aurelia came and checked in on me and she was so sweet! She helped get some other sizes while her and Shaye teamed up to help my figure out what size I really am. They used this cool electronic bra sizing thing and it was helpful, because the bra size it recommended was a true fit! Aurelia and Shaye helped me pick out a bra that fit my style and comfort level and I love it! I’ve been wearing it for a week now and it feels just as comfortable as it did in the store. Aurelia and Shaye also made sure I got the best price possible. I was so pleased by the experience I had there—Soma—please give these wonderful people a raise/promotions! I went here for a bra fitting for the first time after a major breast reduction and the employee was half-shouting at me the whole time and insisting that a bra that was obviously too tight "looked great" and said I was wrong when I said it felt too tight, even insisted "it's supposed to do that". She was in a bad mood about something and kept taking it out on me, and refused to let me take things at my own pace and simply just browse options. Ill-fitting bras cause a great deal of physical pain and these employees should be ashamed of themselves for trying to force women into a size that will hurt them.
I'd been a regular shopper at other Soma locations many times over the years, and this experience was so humiliating and harmful that I will never return to this store, and will be telling anyone I know to shop elsewhere. You as a shopper and as a person deserve better...

Despite being a repeat customer who has given this store significant business, I’ve found her to be consistently rude and dismissive. She rarely smiles, offers no genuine customer service, and gives the impression that assisting customers is an inconvenience. This kind of attitude does not reflect the level of professionalism or warmth one expects from a brand like Soma.
