SEPHORA — Local services in Bend

I love Sephora generally some of my favorite humans work in them, this critique is coming from a place of being a small retail owner myself and expecting the kind of customer service I’d give, at another“boutique” retailer.

When your customer is asking questions about products and brands and you act put-off and annoyed (especially as it seems you are a manager at the store today) it doesn’t make me want to come back and spend my money here. I’m the kind of person who will go out of my way to vote with my dollars, voice my experience, and shop online or elsewhere entirely when you act snobby. I’m an esthetician, I have experience with the products, I have questions and as a person who now lives here and your store carries products differently than other Sephora’s, I have questions about that. Don’t cut me off, don’t be dismissive, don’t be rude, as your customers are quite literally the reason you have a job 😏 if I were to act like that with my customers I wouldn’t get repeat...

What was supposed to be a quick stop for mascara, ending up being a wealth of knowledge and an overall wonderful experience! I typically shop at Health Food Stores for my make-up, but thought I would try Sephora for a new mascara. Eliza not only took the time to help me find clean ingredient products, but also shared so much amazing information about products, and even gave some samples to take home and try... my face is soo happy!!! ❤️ I feel like I have neglected my skin all these years, and I will definitely be back to buy a few of the products she sampled for me. I am so impressed with Sephora in Bend. I work at an assisted living facility and needed some help for the facility. The Manager April, went above and beyond with making our event extra special. She was super busy when I called and told me that she would check on a few things and call back. I spoke to her the following week and she said yes, we will get everything put together for you.
