We stumbled upon City Home on our recent trip to Bend and loved the warm welcome and lovely showroom. We have been on the hunt for a new couch and have even priced couches out with other places but we really fell in love with the Bellflower Sofa. When I realized we could customize it for a smaller space with unique dimensions I was thrilled! Michelle was our first wonderful rep. She was knowledgeable and left us with all we needed. We had to go home to re-measure and she made us feel at ease. She sent us a lovely follow up text exchange. When we were ready to take next steps she happened to be out of the office but Seth was amazing (Nancy was great too when I called to speak with Seth). Seth spent time reviewing all of the details and made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered even though I know he had a very busy day. Being out of state and my lack of precise measuring skills he was patient to wait for my hubby to come home and double check everything.. We worked together and he gave us different potential options. Seth was so great and patient when it took a couple calls to flush through dimensions and the best options for our space. He walked us through the entire process with excellent customer service. Excellent customer service sadly feels like a lost art these days. It is so refreshing to have individuals that are positive, have the expertise and really take the time to go the distance to make a customer happy. I’m going to leave a very fair review. City Home is easily one of the best furniture stores in Bend and one of our favorite places to shop! We adore their creative and trendy items. However, we’ve had some issues with timely communication regarding shipment orders and deliveries gone wrong. One thing I’d really love is for City Home to change their delivery company because not only are the deliveries crazy slow, but the handlers were very careless with our new couch and damaged it when coming through our main entrance. A broken leg, and multiple marks/stains were left on the sectional. Thankfully, City Home made it right by calling the furniture doctor to come and repair our couch back to new, free of charge. It would’ve been additionally helpful if they’d have given us a discount on the total purchase price of the couch since it took quite awhile to fix it and won’t quite be the same despite the fixed damage. We will be back for more furniture, but hopefully things are dealt with more efficiently and...

I cannot say enough about my most recent experience with City Home. I’m designing a large scale project and order a sofa from Perigold, that got held up in transit and was no longer going to meet my project deadline.

I was definitely paddling up a creek (to say the least) when I called City Home. A wonderfully helpful store associate by the name of Nancy picked up. I explained my situation and within minutes she was texting me photos of every sofa that fit my requirements. I ran over to the store the next day to check them out in person and was immediately at ease working with Nancy and her co-associate, Seth. Both were so helpful, gave me the perfect amount of support and not at all pushy!

Next time around, forget silly/unpredictable shipping... I’m shopping at City Home first!
