FYE — Local services in Bethel Park

FYE used to have many shelves stocked with a wide variety of new and used movies and CDs and that was the main attraction of the store. Now it's just a bunch of expensive trendy knick knacks and whatnot. It's a shame a lot of stores have been moving away from physical media. There's no excitement or personality anymore. What's the point of saying "For Your Entertainment" if you have all the shallow merchandise but none of the actual ENTERTAINMENT that it's based on? Terrible. Kinda corny, and a bit sad tbh. The man checking me out added an item to my receipt that I didn’t even have. I paid 46$ for what I thought was just a shirt. They added a funko pop I didn’t even have. It really was a crappy experience. 2/10. Will not be coming back after I fix the mistake they made with my receipt because unlike their website, they were not open till 9pm, and closed their doors at 7:45pm. DO NOT sign up for their rewards program they will tell you it is free and just gets you in store discounts. I called to cancel it once I saw the charge in my card and I was hung up on by a rude staff member who told me I “should’ve known it wasn’t free” I will not be returning to them because of the lies told by staff and the rudeness.
