Eddie Bauer — Local services in Bethel Park

This is About EDDIE BAUER..Trying to order over the phone. Has nothing to do with a specific store. I saw a backpack on my phone. Called and got no answer just rang forever. Then I chatted on phone texting and got no help at all. Chat feature is useless. Next called back after 1/2 hr finally got a rep. Said I had info on backpack but didn't want to order over internet. Preferred to do it on phone. And I was told in no uncertain terms I COULD NOT..I needed to go online & she couldn't order it. Funny..not to long ago I did see something called & ordered over phone. I can't tell you just how many Eddie Bauer things I've purchased..BUT NEVER AGAIN. I AM COLLECTING ALL EDDIE BAUER FORMER PURCHASES & donating them to charity. AS I TOLD THE REP..OBVIOUSLY EDDIE BAUER DOESN'T WANT MY BUSINESS..I CAN PURCHASE FROM L.L.BEAN or any other top notch retailer. I AM DONE WITH EDDIE BAUER. May I suggest that you just skip the aggravation and go to a retailer who WANTS YOU TO PURCHASE from them. And doesn't put up roadblocks to...
