
Awful experience with Trey; I received the termite inspection report and the natural hazard disclosure, without a single word of explanation from Trey, literally on the day of close. I never even received the preliminary title report from Trey and had to request it from escrow after closing.
His broker, Stan Smith, subsequently claimed this is entirely the escrow company’s fault. I am not a lawyer, but I disagree (especially after escrow produced email evidence of their delivery to Trey). Attached is a relevant excerpt from the decision of Field v. Century 21 Klowden-Forness.
