This review is specifically for the piercer Izzy. Years ago I had gotten my forward helix pierced at a small place in NYC. I had the piercing out of my ear for a while so I went into TLL to buy a new piece of jewelry and get it repierced. Izzy sat me down, examined my ear, and was kind and straightforward. She said that she personally wouldnât have pierced me there because my ear anatomy was very small and there would be a higher possibility of ripping. Any other piercer couldâve just taken my money and done it - clearly happened to me before - but Izzy was professional and honest which I greatly appreciated. She was willing to try for me but I decided to not go through with the repiercing now that I had been educated on the matter. That alone has convinced me to come back to The Last Line for my earring and piercing needs....

I'm interested in getting it insured, but the bracelet is no longer being sold on their site and my gifter can't locate purchase info. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times for details about carat size, bracelet weight, just item specifics for my insurance company... zero response. Even if they need time to gather info for my request, atleast acknowledge the message has been received.
At this point, I'm very much considering selling the bracelet and taking the money elsewhere to purchase from a jeweler that can at least acknowledge and assist their customers. Going to make sure my gifter doesn't mind and then...

The owner is corrupt and dishonest with their employees and is not fit to run a business.
