I really loved the morning mint lotion from . Archipelago Botanicals this store carried . I asked the sales lady to see if she had another bottle of this lotion because I really loved it, and the only bottle there was the sample bottle . . The sales lady approached me and said That she left the bottle With the cashier . When I went to pay I noticed that the cashier was trying to fix the lotion dispenser and lotion was coming out of the side. . I looked at her and she said I was trying to fix it. I believed her . I paid the $25 plus dollars and left . When I got home I noticed the “ tester “ only notice sticker was still on the bottle . I opened the bottle and noticed that it was pretty much used .... and that the sales rep .. must have just changed the old dispenser for a a new one .

What an awful experience. The gentleman comes out from the back and starts telling me that every thing that may happen will be an extra charge. So I asked him how much will it be in total to print my ONE sheet PDF that I will forward to him in an email. He looks to the sky and says $11! I says I'll go elsewhere. He says well my copier is 25k I said that's not my problem. Not all but some of the Big Bear village merchants try to slaughter the poor tourists. I would feel awful about myself. This place has recently changed their name probably due to people like me complaining so beware of this store and do your best to avoid it

Very nice gift shop located in the little Village. Lots of fantastic items to select from for your home, you can tell the proprietor takes care when selecting merchandise here.

I love that they have Seattle Chocolate bars! There is also a clearance area in the back in case you want to peruse those treasures.
