An employee racial profile my son, accused him of trying to steal. Did not let him explain, kick us out and embarrassed him. My fiance noticed that he was watching us the moment we walked in. I vacationed in Big Bear for the first time at our family cabin. I wanted to get souvenirs to give to certain coworkers. I read the reviews on this store was pretty good so I ended up shopping here. The prices seem reasonable. I found many magnets and stickers with the Big Bear name on it. There was lots of shirts, sweatshirts, hats, just a lot of variety of things. Our cashier was friendly and helpful in guiding us where to go to find swimming trunks even though we didn't see any in their, but we did find them at the store he suggested. Forgot my sweater back at home, and I saw a sweater on sale and in the color I liked, they didn’t have one in the size I wanted so I was about to pick another color, my fiancé asked them and this lady who works there said “it’s your lucky day the last one!” I was so happy she helped us.
