There policy on exchanges is awful! I was given a pair of shoes as a gift. When I received them, they were too big. Little did I know that the person that bought the gift, bought it a few months prior. I simply wanted to exchange for a different size.. Still giving them the money, not asking for a refund. They informed me that it had been 60 days and I was not able to do anything but keep the shoes that didn't fit. Clearly, people receive gifts and those gifts are bought in advance. Christmas is a big one which is when I received my shoes. That's why I now have a pair of shoes that don't fit and I cannot exchange them for a different size because of a policy that makes no sense. I will not shop there and I will not recommend anyone else out there either. Be careful buying christmas presents or birthday presents, etc, do not buy too soon ( even if a sale is on) or the person getting the gift may not be able to exchange the product. You should honor your products and your customer base...your return policy is a joke! I will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually love this store. Last couple times, unfortunately, have been poor.
Waited in the shoe isle to try on running shoes for about 20 minutes and walked the store to find help. Noone available. Luckily found the exact shoes I needed in the clearance isle.
Went to check out and something priced incorrectly and the poor cashier called for a manager on the intercoms twice with no answer. Five minutes later two employees casually strolled up asking if needed help.
Didn't give the store any better of an appearance of motivated employees.
I usually love giving my money to the store, but won't probably return again.
The 2 stars were for my cashier, because he felt so terrible for the lack of response his...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am appalled with Dunham's! I was happy to see a sporting goods chain come to town, but, after seeing what I saw on my receipt I will never give them my business again... I have been a good customer and buy gift cards for family along with things I like and I recently bought a $50 gift card and noticed at the bottom of my receipt a 25% off coupon good for a week but here's the catch... It excludes all hunting apparel and boots, work wear, winter boots, mud boots, Nike, under armor, Carhartt, Columbia, Crocs, Merrill, New balance, yeti, and special order items. So what's left in a sporting good store really. How cheesy to put limitations on a coupon that encompasses most of your store! That's it I'm done...
