I very rarely comment on places I have visited, but i had such a wonderful experience at this store. I called to see if they were open and how late, I also told the lady what I was looking for and she assured me that they did have what I needed. When I walked into the store there on the counter she had brought out all the items I needed. In all colors and sizes! I was so surprised, I thought at best maybe they would have one or two of what I needed but she brought them all out and I thought that was so thoughtful! And just this store in general, if you are into any type of arts or crafts please stop by this store, I really think you will be amazed at the wonderful things she carries. I would have been more than happy to spend money at this store. However their rude employee made that urge disappear almost immediately. Being that I am asthmatic and had to walk nearly 2 blocks to get to the store, who of course has a mask policy, I had pulled mine down for a moment in order to catch my breath. Again, asthmatic. I was approached and told to either put my mask on "or leave" and being that the tone takes was very rude, I was of course taken aback. So after processing I decided that I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere, even if that means driving another 2 hours. My visit was a short one, but in those 20 or so minutes I concluded this shop is small (as in "Shop Small" - their physical footprint is not that small at all) but mighty! Everything they offer is of fantastic quality. Their fiber arts offerings are beautiful and made of natural materials like linen, wool, and cotton. I noticed they sold 100 Acts of Sewing patterns, a fabulously beginner friendly line of patterns which I didn't even realize was offered as paper patterns. And their yarns are to die for!
