June 7 I brought my Apple Pencil in as it was under warranty to best buy geek squad to get it repaired. Ryan assisted me and he took my Apple Pencil, extra tips and adapters all in to see why it was not paring to my iPad Ryan said Apple needed everything in order to find out what the problem was. Today I get a call from Ryan he said guess what Apple sent you a new pencil but when I opened it today. It was missing the adapter and extra tip. I called Apple customer service and they said Ryan should not have taken it So.. now I have a new pencil But I can’t use it with the adapter because Ryan should not have sent it in the Apple. I bought Microsoft office for Mac at Best Buy about a month ago... I had it installed by the Geek Squad because I'm special when it comes to technology... Well they had trouble installing it! They had to grab two different word disks from the store and had to attempt to download it from online... After being there for 3.5hours, I finally had Microsoft office on my computer.... Along with "TuneupMyMac"... Which is a virus!!!! I called the geek squad to ask them to fix it, and they told me they could clean it up for $200... So... They gave my poor little Mac a virus and now want to charge me to remove it... You can't PAY for good...

the guys showed up to deliver my new TV they called in the morning to give an idea when to expect them and they were on the earlier side of their commitment... i showed them where the new TV will be going and the problem that I had with my old one it was only about 4 to 5 years old so they actually trouble shot my old TV as they were setting up the new one and gave me some good advice on what may be wrong with the old one.
