Exceptional repair shop, had a phone screen replaced for a reasonable price. However despite the screen being installed properly, the battery was damaged due to bruteforce during the screen installation process, damaging the antenna flex cable which made the phone not able to receive cellular service and making the phone no longer fully closeable due to the battery sticking out. The back cover was also poorly put back using glue instead of new adhesives, this made the cover easy to take off, caused frequent phone overheating, and left a messy residue on the phone's components.

TLDR: Solid repair shop for the price you get, they offer services cheaper than other shops and have solid response times. However they do cut corners during the repair process which explains their cheaper pricing but may lead to further...

Mr. Mohamed was truly Patient with me when I walked in, from start to finish, she was very intentional very patient very calm took his time to explain to me everything that was wrong with my phone. I was very anxious and worried, but he ensure me what the problem was and that he was gonna be able to fix it I told him that I’ll be back because I was gonna go to Apple to get another quote He didn’t get upset he nicely agreed and said that he will be here waiting for me when I come back, which I did when I came back he was able to fix my phone. I purchased a Mac book pro from them for over $900 and it didn’t even last 6 months, it has issues from the beginning of not fully turning on then eventually wouldn’t turn on at all, they told me I would have to spend another 500 to get it fixed and said it was my fault even though they told me they would repair it for free. I am reporting them to the BBU and would tell anyone not to go there, they are scammers.
