I am visiting from out of town and I was told to stop by this location. I stopped by for a pillow and some shoes, as I was also directed here by a google search for a pillow. When I asked about a pillow I was told to google for it. When I asked about shoes I was told to google it. This was by the manage on duty.
I asked if she was having a bad day and clearly she was. I asked for the district managers information to leave a review. She refused to give me the information and told me I could leave and never come back.
I came in for assistance and was met with disdain and anger. There is no need for me to not be allowed back because I will never come back, to any urban outfitters.

Read moreI'm a huge fan of Urban Outfitters! I've spent too much money here, but that doesn't stop me from coming back (either online or in-store). The store's presentation reflects the vibe and persona Urban is trying to pull. The clothes are of great quality, trendy/retro and the price certainly reflects. When shopping at Urban I always recommend go to the sale section first then venture out from there (if you dare lol).
