The food and bubble tea was good but the overall experience was a little weird. I ordered an all cheese corn dog and a Thai green milk tea with honey boba. Maybe 5 minutes after I ordered and paid, a different staff member (I think an owner) called me back to the counter to tell me that their menu board was outdated and they didn't have Thai green anymore, and offered to make a different drink. So I ordered an oolong milk tea instead. They have non-dairy milk alternatives available (oat, almond, soy). The corn dog was ready 10-15 minutes after I ordered which was okay, but the tea took almost 25 minutes. Someone came in after me and ordered a honeydew milk tea and that was ready for them in just a few minutes, so I think the issue with mine was that they had to brew the tea. The tea was good - it IS evidently actual brewed tea, not powder. It wasn't too sweet, but the drink had some sweetness from the honey boba, which was cooked well. I also liked the cheese corn dog - it was like a big mozzarella stick, very crispy-crunchy with a gooey inside, but surprisingly not too messy. Prices are reasonable enough. The shop was cute and the tables with cozy with lots of pillows. I felt a little awkward because for a while, I was the only customer in there while the presumed owner was doing interviews. The owner and the other barista there were both friendly enough though. I liked the food/drink and I'm assuming the weird stuff is just...
Read moreI walk in within without mask. I realize there was a mandate in the county but I realized that before I came, so I did not have one on me. I went into a bunch of places and no one asked me to put one on. And then I come here and the girl says very rudely 'do you have a mask?!' When I shake my head she just points where they are located. I look at her and how mean she was and decide to not pick up the mask and not even support them. The minute I told my brother that we'll just leave, she says 'great'. I realize there is a mandate but you don't have to be rude about it. Ask kindly and then tell a customer it's per county policies. I work in the food industry and I realize how annoying everything can be, but the ruder the workers, the less the company will make in profit.
Really dissatisfied because of...
Read moreLast night I ordered for the first time through Uber Eats. My drink arrived with a hole in the bottom. The delivery driver had to hold their hand over the bottom & it was still leaking everywhere and only had about 25% of my drink left. I reordered the drink through DoorDash & it was perfect & delicious. Tonight I again ordered the same drink through DoorDash it was missing the Tapioca bubbles, whip cream, and wasn’t in the same kind of cup! For twelve dollars my drink had better be perfect. Then I tried to call to find out why they sent me a drink in a leaking container and why my drink was missing ingredients. Unfortunately for there is NO WAY to get through by phone because it Just gives a recording saying the line is busy. Non existent customer service. Probably won’t order from this...
