This was literally the WORST experience I could have possibly imagined. I arrived on time but my bridesmaids were stuck in traffic so I informed them of that. Instead of letting us wait, she began telling us where the clearance dresses were and that I should browse them. When we started to stray off a bit not paying attention, she came over and said oh guys you'll want to go back to the clearance section along the wall here. My group showed up and she came over and asked what size I was. I said I wasn't sure and she stood back, squinted and said probably a 14. That didn't turn out to be true but I was humiliated anyway, guess LOW if you're going to guess. But if you're a professional.. why not measure? Then she left us to look around and told us to turn dresses we saw sideways so she could pull them to try on. We weren't seeing anything, literally 2 minutes later she came back and said all of our clearance is back along this wall. Now at this point I'm like, okay I love clearance. Clearance is great, but is there something about me or my appearance that everything I walk away from them I need to be specifically redirected toward clearance? This is already stressful and giving my anxiety and she's already embarrassed me but I don't want to waste my girls time or be a Bridezilla so when she asked if I had an idea of what I was looking for I said no. So she started in the middle of the clearance rack and said, "This one?" I said no, I want any pattern to stop at the the bodice. She selected the next dress directly next to it and said, "This one?" It too had a floral pattern all the way down the dress so I clarified I wanted everything past the breast area silk or satin with no designs. She then selected the very next dress next to that one and said, "This one?" I mentioned what I did like but said I do not want any slit down any part of the dress. She then picked the very next dress and said, "This one?" It had huge slit in it. At this point I realized she either wasn't listening, didn't care or didn't think I had the money to buy a dress. Which my budget was higher than most of the dresses that WEREN'T on clearance. So I asked her to let me discuss things with my friends. We walked towards the bridesmaids dressed where 2 minutes later she came back to redirect us to clearance. We advised we were where we wanted to be. I said from the time I got engaged that I would never go to David’s Bridal because of the experience I had as a bridesmaid at another location. I had already purchased a wedding dress from another bridal store, but wasn’t happy with the dress, so I finally caved and decided to make an appointment with David’s Bridal. I made my appointment on a Saturday for Sunday and they were quick to make sure I had all the information needed. I gave them ideas verbally on the phone and they had those numbers ready for the stylist and even told me which ones they had and didn’t have in store.

My mom and I were greeted at the store, even though we were early everyone in the store made sure we had been helped and ensured my stylist would be out shortly. My stylist was Michaella and she was so helpful, understanding, and all around great person.I am not an emotional person nor do I show a lot of emotion and she caught on to that early and recognized that I was quiet. I tried on about seven dresses and was stuck between two. She helped gauge what I liked more about the other and understood my concerns with each one. She then brought an alterations person (I forgot her name) to ease my concerns with the traps and fit. They both were great and helped me understand what alterations could do to make my vision come to life.

I ended up saying yes to the dress to the third dress I tried on AND come to find out it was one of the ones I saw online. So it felt right that this was meant to be and I should have went to David’s Bridal to begin with. The dress I chose needs little to no alterations because it fits like a glove!

I ordered the dress on Sunday and it came in on Wednesday, way before it was expected. I went to try on the dress to make sure it was the right one and it fit right. Another stylist Jordan actually went and grabbed a bridesmaid dress that matched my wedding colors to give me the feel of how it all looked together next to my dress. I also told the lady on the phone that my fiancé was with me to pick up the dress and they put the dress in three different bags, so he couldn’t see anything. It was a great experience, these ladies went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more happier...

If I could give negative stars I would!! If you plan on shopping here please read this review!!! Went in with the bridal party to pick out bridesmaid dresses and when we found the color and style we liked I ordered mine right away before any of the other girls. I was told it’d take a month which was ok it’d give me enough time to get it altered if needed. A month and a half goes by and all the other girls have received there dresses by now. I called the store and they told me it wasn’t paid for after it took them forever to even find my order that was supposed to be under the brides event. So I brought my receipt up and they said they should have told me 2 months not 1 for it to get in! (Clearly just covering themselves from probably not even ordering in the first place since it “wasn’t paid for”) I was nice and was like ok whatever I’ll wait and just call me when it gets in. They were messy about the whole situation so I called another location and they immediately pulled up my PAID for dress and said it had been ordered and to call this location for them to expedite the dress from the warehouse so I could get it in sooner. I had called and asked them to do so and once again they couldn’t find my order and said they would call me back. A week goes by and still nothing I literally had to reach out to them for everything they never call me back and they just say they would call me when it gets in completely dismissed me asking about it being expedited. So this week I call them AGAIN to ask where this dress is and they told me it wasn’t paid for and not ordered!!!!! I have lost all my patience at this point and was telling them my frustrations when the lady goes oh you know what your name sounds familiar let me go look in the back. They literally had my dress for DAYS and NEVER called me to tell me!!!!! I rushed up there to get it so they didn’t sell it or anything and I tried it on not once did they ask me how it fit or even helped me!!! This location is trash and needs to have better management never will return or...
