ABOVE & BEYOND OUTSTANDING SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To Mindy Brown and Heather D. You beautiful lady's made my shopping day absolutely wonderful!! To the manager on duty 12/17/18, 5pm - 8pm, I believe your name is Eric, these two women, plus your customer service staff that evening, went above and beyond great customer service! Heather D. could tell I was overwhelmed with "my list" for Christmas shopping. Without blinking a eye she offered to become my "personal shopper". (Even tho she was due to clock out, she stayed with me until I was done.) Nobody does that ANYMORE!" Ty Heather D. Nice clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful. I think Kohl's inflates their daily prices and then claim to have a sale that basically meets the normal price you would pay anywhere else. They do have some good sales and Kohl's Cash can be a nice bonus but you have to know your item prices and whether you are actually getting a good deal or just the average price you would pay elsewhere. When they have these sales and discounts the fine print excludes most everything you would want to buy like Nike, Adidas, Star Wars, Disney, etc. They often don't have a variety of sizes available. I do like this store and location. Despite a little criticism it can be a great place to shop if you are knowledgeable about pricing and using the sales and Kohl's Cash to your advantage. We will continue shopping here and maybe someday if they are just honest about their inflated everyday pricing I would give...

I don’t know what’s going on at this store lately, and I’m not one to post critical reviews but the store is an absolute mess. I literally spent 45 minutes picking up clothing and hanging it back up just to determine if they had sizes I needed. I know this location is usually excellent so I’m not sure if this is a staff shortage or poor management? Either way, I am inclined to visit a different location and just hope it’s not an indication that Kohls isn’t doing well.

UPDATE: I don’t know if my review was seen or what happened but the store has been organized and clean on the several occasions I’ve been back in since this review in Jan/Feb 2023. I have to visit here regularly for Amazon returns. I’m increasing my stars from 2 to 4. Nice...
