Starbucks — Restaurant in Missouri

So disappointed in the attitudes of certain workers. I ordered a certain drink and CLEARLY SAID APPLE CRISP MACCHIATO, and when I was told my drink was ready they gave me a Macchiato and when I told them it was wrong every single worker looked at each other like how dare that lady tell us what she actually ordered. The girl never apologized then when she fixed it yelled out HERE'S "YOUR APPLE CRISP MACCHIATO"!!! That's not okay! Clearly someone needs to help the workers learn what respect is and for the love of God how to count change back! I would definitely watch out when paying at the cash register there has been numerous times where they owe me back change or dollars and don't give ANY OF it back thinking they can actually get away with it. There were only two customers in the store. I was the only one at the counter. As I placed my order, I continue to wait for my coffee. Once my coffee was available I asked another young lady behind the counter about my food and was greeted very rudely by her and the coffee she made me was horrible. Idk what happens when you go to this Starbucks, but every time I go it’s fast, tastes great, and fairly priced. I treat the barista like a person, tell them what I want, and get it quickly. I always try to give a tip, and I know some people can’t do that but the point is they are working hard! So just be nice and PATIENT and your drink will come. It always tastes AMAZING for me.
