Bought a vape , battery lasted 1 day and was clogging like crazy .

Came back they made me wait to charge pem then go out and try it when it was obviously dead and clogged . Proceeded to blame the brand . Its a brand YOU sell In YOUR shop . You should always take care of your customers.

Was offered a discount on another vape , like I'm sorry ? Why would I spend more money at your establishment when I didn't even get to use the first thing I bought . We visited this place yesterday and will not be back. 1. Doorman/Security was a sweetheart. 2. Escort, in the beginning, was not welcoming not friendly, but was more pleasant upon exiting. 3. Attendant/Cashiers was knowledgeable and friendly. 4. Prices are a bit high but I'm guessing because of the location (I'll stick to going to brockton). We felt rushed by the shorter Security guard (there were 2). We felt so rushed, and had more questions that I felt uncomfortable to ask.
