I love the Boston Stone Gift Shop! Customer service and selection are top notch. I was in town for a company event purchasing numerous souvenir gifts for the team. Amy took the time to go into their storage to find some new items they had just received she though would fit my need. Perfect. Also, I was clumsy and lost my receipt. I called her from out of state two weeks later to see if she could help. She was able to find my two-week-old transaction and made sure I got my receipt so I could expense the team gifts. Amy is friendly and extremely helpful. She knows her inventory well and how the different styles fit, and was able to help me accurately pick out the perfect sizes for myself and my spouse (who was not present). They carry more than clothes though and have a great variety of items; truly something for everyone. I called ahead because I was just about to make it right before closing. I was going on a trip to visit family and I needed gifts to bring back, so I was desperate. Luckily, the store owner stayed open late for me and then for others since more people filtered in while I shopped.
