Neem Medical Spa - Boston — Local services in Boston

I saw this medspa on Facebook, they were advertising a botox special. I just moved to Boston from Orlando and was looking for a botox provider. The location is nice and the facility is really pretty. The staff was nice and professional. I was recommended 32 units, the deal (which I pre-purchased) was for 20. I figured they would do an evaluation and recommend more than 20, if needed. I usually am fine with 20, but I've gotten as much as 30 units in the past. I figured it had been awhile since my last treatment so 32 units, sure, I probably need that much. I paid in total about $400 for the treatment, which is sill not bad for botox. The reason for 2 stars, is that the botox never really kicked in... its only happened to me once before, at a place that was much less nice looking than this place. I can't say enough about Dr. Sandhu and her staff. For starters, all of her spas are beautiful, relaxing, and super clean. I was able to have an appointment scheduled very quickly. When I arrived to the spa, I was greeted by her receptionist who was very professional, engaging, and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was brought into a room. I received Botox and under eye filler from Dr. Sandhu. She is meticulous and a perfectionist, taking her time to make sure she is delivering the best treatment possible. Dr. Sandhu is progressive, using all the newest techniques. She used the microcannula technique for under my eyes which resulted in no bruising, swelling, or pain! She even uses a vein finder to make sure you don't bruise!. I have had a number of microneedling treatments at this med spa and I was really happy with the results, cost and staff members. Despite, when I started my hair removal laser treatment, my experience changed completely. I had serious side effects in my skin, and they did not only give wrong advice (they told me that it was ok to continue my treatment, when in fact it worsen it). When it got really bad, and I requested to schedule an appointment with their doctor, I had to wait over two months... (ridiculous) and on the day of the appointment, when I arrived the doctor was leaving already, and just quickly talked to me for 2 minutes...it was the worst and less professional customer experience ever. They did not provide any solution, but also it looked like they did not care. Never coming back.
