CVS — Local services in Boston

Made an apt for my & my fiancée's COIVD booster and Flu shot for 11am. Arrived at the store, checked in as the text asked me to, and was told by someone at the pharmacy to "wait near the red chairs". Waited. Proceeded to watch another couple walk in front of us, get their shots (now 11:20) and then was told by the pharmacist (?) that she had seen us, and we "needed to check in".....again?! I mentioned that I had checked in at 11am when we arrived. She told us we needed to do it again? What had I done when I waited and spoke to the other person? Meanwhile, there were now other people in line and was told we needed to "wait our turn" (now 11:35). I had booked these in advance, so that we could do things prior to feeling the effects of both shots. Tell me, what is the point of booking a Booster / Flu shot with confirmed apts - not to mention the emails and texts verifying our time slot - and following the steps to insure we were "checked in" only to be told two different things by two pharmacy employees while summarily being sent to the "end...

I arrived at 10:55 p.m. only to find out that both entrances were blocked. I tried to get into any customer was leaving and I was bum-rushed by the staff and they were screaming at me that they were closed I said to them that it's not 11 p.m. yet and the door should not be locked before 11 p.m. but the route Indian Middle Eastern guy was in my face aggressive and very very rude as if I didn't hear him or understanding. I heard and understood very clear both of them The guy ended the girl, however their obnoxiousness was not necessary or called for at this moment when I could have basically got in my drink within 30 seconds in back before they even thought of I even did anything good or bad to their store. It's a legal to have your establishment closed doors before the actual time God forbid I needed an emergency God forbid I needed something to save my life but this was not the customer value store that they claim to be and they really need to replace the entire staff that work here they need new jobs this is nothing type of energy that the...

Today I went to the Seaport CVS, located at 91 Seaport Boulevard, to get my Covid booster shot. What a fabulous & pleasant experience. I couldn't have been happier ! When I got to the pharmacy counter, I was greeted with happy faces and diffusing smiles from Jenna the Pharmacist and Kaileen the Pharmacy Technician, who administered my covid booster shot. Prior to my shot, I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was then informed what was being done and what to expect. I was told drinking plenty of water & resting after my shot is good. This is the place to go for pharmaceuticals, especially Covid & Flu shots. Thank you Jenna & Kaileen for making my vist such a relaxing & comfortable experience, and a quick visit. I appreciate the healthcare you provided me this afternoon....
